The Awards folder contains the citation for DiLucci's bronze star, as well as documentation of the Medal of the Region and the Medal of the Jubilee of Liberty. This folder also contains a copy of DiLucci's honorable discharge certificate as well as another certificate congratulating DiLucci for his forty-fifth anniversary as an NEC graduate of the Class of 1948. The Documents folder contains his honorable discharge papers, a copy of his birth certificate, documentation of his name change, a copy of his will, and an appraisal of his viola, conducted in 1988. The NEC Library gifts folder documents purchases of music manuscript facsimile editions that were made for the Spaulding Library using Fred DiLucci's generous donation of $10,000 in 1999. Also contained is an NEC publication which discusses the gift, as well as the correspondence documenting the donation of this collection. The newspaper articles, published in a local paper, highlight Fred DiLucci's life as well as his involvement with the Thayer Symphony Orchestra. The photographs series is organized by subject and includes: photos from Milan, Italy; military-related photos; music related photos, both solo and ensemble photos; NEC related photos (including a panoramic photo from the NEC Annual banquet in 1948); and miscellaneous photos. Lastly, artifacts include DiLucci's military service medals, including his bronze star; other pins, and his trademark bowtie..
